These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Northbridge Medical Center website, mobile experience, Cura, and MyPortal (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Not medical advice
The Services provide general health information and tools that help you find care. Nothing on the Services is medical advice or a substitute for the judgment of a qualified clinician. Always consult your physician about your specific situation. In a medical emergency, call 911.
Cura
The Cura is a triage and routing tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a clinical evaluation. Its suggestions are starting points - your visit with a Northbridge clinician is the actual decision-making moment.
Accounts
- You must be 13 or older to create a Northbridge account. Parents manage minor accounts.
- You're responsible for the security of your account credentials.
- Share access to your MyPortal account only with people you trust.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access another patient's records or impersonate any individual.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network connected to the Services.
- Use the Services to violate any law or regulation.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate Services access if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify account holders by email and update the date above.
