- Information from our care system - appointment history, messages with your care team, and test results made visible to you through MyPortal.
How we use it
- To provide and improve the digital experience, including our Cura pilot.
- To send you appointment reminders, billing notices, and account-related messages.
- To analyze, in aggregate and de-identified form, how patients use our website to make it faster and easier to use.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share information only with service providers bound by confidentiality (for example, cloud hosting and analytics processors) and as required by law.
Your choices
You can update profile data in MyPortal, opt out of marketing emails at any time, and request deletion of your non-clinical account data by contacting our privacy team. Clinical records are retained per applicable state and federal law.
Children
Our digital experience is not directed to children under 13. Parents or guardians manage accounts for minors using our pediatric services.
