Our story

Northbridge began in 1946 as a small coalition of community physicians who wanted Boston-grade care closer to where their patients lived. Eighty years later, that founding instinct still shapes us.
Our flagship Boston Main Campus is a 400-bed academic medical center with the region's only round-the-clock Level I trauma program. Around it sits a network of five community campuses across New England - each with same-week primary care, integrated specialty clinics, and a single shared electronic record.
We're committed to making care navigation as good as the care itself. The Cura pilot is one small step in that direction.
